We are located 10-15 minutes from the airport, U.S. Consulate General Tijuana, Otay border and 10 minutes from the main Tijuana Universities: UABC & TEC

ACCESS

We give you the keys personally. Please notify us in case you cannot arrive during the "check in" time (15:00-17:00) in order to reorganize our day. We understand your situation and we hope that you can also understand and value our time, thank you so much!

The residence is for registered guests only.

The administration reserves the right of permanence of its guests, who must respect the rules contained in these regulations:

- Once you arrive we request, and only for security reasons, an identification such as the passport or the official ID.

- The person/user must be the one staying.

- No visitors or additional people to whom you booked the room are allowed.

- Mandatory cleaning of the apartment for people who will stay for more than five days.

- Maintain a calm and respectful environment.

- It is not allowed to hold parties or events.

- Do not make noise from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (please, be quiet and discreet especially at night).

- It is not allowed to smoke inside the property, nor drugs or narcotics of any kind.
