We are located 10-15 minutes from the airport, U.S. Consulate General Tijuana, Otay border and 10 minutes from the main Tijuana Universities: UABC & TEC.

ACCESS

We give you the keys personally. Please notify us in case you cannot arrive during the "check in" time (15:00-17:00) in order to reorganize our day. We understand your situation and we hope that you can also understand and value our time, thank you so much!

Let's be respectful.

There will be men and women staying in this house.

Therefore, this are the rules of coexistence in this house:

- Once you arrive we request, and only for security reasons, an identification such as the passport or the official ID.

- The person/user must be the one staying.

- No visitors or additional people to whom you booked the room are allowed.

- Mandatory room cleaning for people who will stay for more than five days.

- Maintain a calm and respectful environment.

- Respect other people's belongings and food.

- Preserve clean common areas: bathrooms, showers, kitchen, living room and patio.

- It is not allowed to hold parties or events.

- Do not make noise from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (please, be quiet and discreet especially at night).

- Don't be half-naked in the common areas.

- It is not allowed to wash clothes in the showers or hang clothes inside or outside the facilities to dry (in the corner there is a laundry srote).

- Do not enter other people's rooms.

- Do not sleep in the living room, you already have your room.

- It is not allowed to smoke (inside the room or house), nor to consume alcohol, drugs or narcotics of any kind.

- We do not accept pets.
